How much does it cost?
Currently there is no fee imposed in the processing of the application.
How long will it take for my application to be processed?
The certification process will take a minimum of 120 days from the date on which the aerodrome manual is accepted by the Brunei DCA (Regulatory).
It is important that applicants submit the required paperwork sufficiently early to allow for detailed consideration of the application and for inspection of the site.
The Brunei DCA (Regulatory) will not undertake to reach a certification decision within a particular time scale or to meet a commercial deadline of the applicant.
How long is it valid for?
An aerodrome certificate will be issued without an expiry date. The certificate will remain in force until it is suspended or revoked.

What happens next?
- Brunei DCA (Regulatory) will process the application, which includes an internal review and inspection of the aerodrome.
- On successful application, the certificate will be posted to the applicant by Special Delivery or hand-delivered.
